One important aspect for a long and healthy life is that you must maintain your pH slightly alkaline.
A large portion of disease symptoms are made worse by having an acidic blood balance.
The normal blood pH is tightly regulated between 7.35 and 7.45. The body manages to keep the body in these limits by making certain sacrifices (example : when drinking a sugary fizzy drink the body will try to maintain the blood balance by taking calcium, which is alkaline, from the bones)
While eating protein may have many benefits, if the pH goes too low it may have more downsides than benefits.
Enzymes in the body usually constructive can become destructive, mineral assimilation can get thrown off, oxygen transportation to the cells suffer.
Always try to eat lots of vegetables with your protein food sources.
Here you can check up pH values for vegetables. The values may vary due to different soils.
When does the pH vary?
Trained athletes while training hard, due to the build up of lactic acid. They will lower their pH as low as 6.8. But their pH will quickly return to normal after the lactic acid is decomposed in pyruvic acid in a well oxygenated cell then it can be transformed in large amount of energy and it makes full cycle by being transformed again in glucose in the liver.
To be noted that they maintain this pH level for a short amount of time. People who maintain a low pH for a long period of time will CERTAINLY become sick. Depending on the imbalance it can create relatively minor symptoms or major disease symptoms in a longer period of time.
It is scientifficaly proven that cancer cells can’t survive in a rich oxygenaten ,alkaline environment ,so we can be sure that the majority of illnesses will apear in an acidic low oxygen environment.
The pH can go as low as 6.5 in more advanced stages of cancer and in people with metastases the pH drops to 6.0 and even 5.7 or lower. Our bodies simply can not fight disease if our body pH is not properly balanced. The body needs a slightly alkaline environment in order to heal.
It is important to maintain a balance. In a too alkaline blood with a pH : the cells are not  longer able to transport oxygen.
ALL of humanity’s diseases happen in an acidic state. There are very few disorders associated with alkalosis.
You can easily change your blood pH by simply getting stressed if you’re too alkaline ,as stress is known to lower pH or eat something containing sugar.
